How to change department for every user in the Audit Schedule & Audit Report?
You have to change the department for every user in the NIIX Portal then do Syncronize, System will update the latest information automatically into Audit Schedule & Audit Report.
Can user role security level be controlled?
Yes, the user role security level for each user can be controlled.
Is it possible to use multiple ISO Standard in Audit Schedule & Audit Summary Report?
Yes, you can use the same system with multiple ISO Standard like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and others ISO Standard.
Can I customise the form follow my existing template?
You can customise by using form editor in the Audit Schedule & Audit Report.
Can the form be controlled by the user?
Admin can indentify which user has the authority to access particular Form.
What happend if the inspection location does not have internet or signal access?
You still able to access the offline form feature and upload the data to the system once it is connected to Internet.

No. You can keep all the previous Audit Report, CAR, SCAR etc as it is.

Do I need to manually notify the auditor about the audit schedule?
